3. Account Registration

• Browser rendering providers (Cloudflare, TestingBot)
• AI/ML providers (Anthropic, OpenAI)
• Observability platforms (Datadog, Sentry, etc.)
• CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.

9. Data Processing and Security

We take data security seriously:

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We maintain industry-standard security practices
• Browser sessions are isolated and ephemeral
• Test results and screenshots are retained according to your plan settings
• For enterprise customers, we offer data processing agreements (DPA)

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

AI-generated test results and recommendations should be reviewed by qualified personnel before being used in production environments.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARGUS TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Argus Technologies from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
